For better understanding, you can see the above picture. You can assemble the cells to make the pack by using hot glue or by using a plastic 18650 battery holder.
How do you charge a solar power combiner?Now let’s turn that solar power on. Go outside to the combiner box and flip the breaker on the inputs you’re using. Then go inside and turn on the 20amp Breaker. You’ll see both lights turn on in the DC Midnite SPD, and the charge controller will slowly ramp up until the full amount of power is coming in. Now you’re charging your battery!
How do you attach a battery pack to a BMS?Solder the positive (red wire ) from the DC jack and Rocker switch to the P+ of the BMS, negative wires from the DC jack, and Battery level indicator to the P- of BMS. Then apply hot glue at the base of the battery compartment, then secure the battery pack. So that it will seats firmly and prevent any loss of wire connections.
